To access full features, register with accurate, current details. You are responsible for securing your login and account activities. Notify us at immediately if unauthorized use is suspected.

3. Service Description and Limitations
Axel Ascentor Axel Ascentor does not hold or manage your funds; all capital stays in your brokerage or exchange accounts.

- The Service connects to your broker via API keys granting read and execution access only; fund withdrawals are not allowed through these keys.
- Previous strategy or signal performance does not guarantee future results.
- All trading involves risk, including possible loss of invested capital.
4. No Financial Advice Provided
Axel Ascentor is not a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, or financial planner. Axel Ascentor All software, content, algorithms, trademarks, and trade secrets provided through the Service are exclusive property of Axel Ascentor or its licensors. No rights or licenses are granted to you. Trademarks and logos require written permission to use. Axel Ascentor THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
5. Fees and Payments
Some features require paid subscriptions. Fees are shown on the pricing page and may change with 30 days’ notice. Taxes are your responsibility. Billing is monthly or yearly upfront. Refunds are at our discretion within 14 days of first payment for new users.

You agree not to:
- Use the Service unlawfully or in violation of regulations.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract platform source code.
- Use automated tools to scrape or extract Service data.
- Resell or commercially exploit the Service without written permission.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED AMOUNTS PAID TO Axel Ascentor IN THE PRIOR 12 MONTHS.

9. Liability Limitations
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT ALLOWED BY APPLICABLE LAW, Axel Ascentor WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, TRADING LOSSES, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION ARISING FROM SERVICE USE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF SUCH RISKS. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO Axel Ascentor IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Axel Ascentor including its officers, directors, employees, and representatives, from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.
11. Service Termination
You may close your account anytime via settings or by contacting . We may suspend or end access for Terms violations. Upon termination, access ends immediately and data may be deleted per our Privacy Policy.
12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by New York State law, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Disputes are resolved by binding arbitration in Drottninggatan 1, 111 51 Stockholm, Sverige under AAA rules. EU and UK users may choose local courts.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms anytime. For major changes, we provide at least 14 days’ notice by email or platform banner. Continued use means acceptance of updated Terms.
